The Long: Great food makes me happy. Flavors and gastronomy fascinate me. I get super duper excited when I try new foods, encounter unfamiliar flavors and cooking techniques. Eating is a wholly enjoyable experience—I love the smells, the flavors, textures and the aesthetic.
If I could afford to eat out whenever I wanted, I would probably do so about 86% of the time. Seeing as that is not economically viable for me, I still take pleasure in constructing my own meals from scratch (that’s an exaggeration, I often make frozen dishes). But really, I love to cook. I aim for healthy, well balanced snacks and meals. Ice cream is the food of angels so I indulge
in moderation often.
